Charming UWS building
Pros
Great building on the Upper West Side. Excellent location and a very dedicated super.
Cons
Occasional pest problems but super was diligent about fixing.

Pros
Great lobby staff, they quickly learned our names and apartment number and always welcome us. Quiet building, common spaces are very clean. Gym is small/basic but adequate and often empty. Each apartment has either a basement storage locker (climate controlled, very clean/dry) or a private rooftop space.
Cons
No major issues. Trash pickup is curbside (placed by the maintenance staff) which leaves the sidewalk occasionally cluttered but understandably this is outside of the control of the building.
