Beautiful unit, Ugly management
Pros
I love the backyard and the location in relativity to shopping and restaurants. The apartment is objectively everything one could want in a ground floor unit.
Cons
The management is letting their building deteriorate in way that can only be described as criminal.
Advice to the owners
Stop ruining your tenants lives

Nice location, touched up and new appliances
Cons
Bedbugs, laundry in basement is filthy, horrible management responsiveness, extremely problematic tenant in building.
