Glitters But Isnt Gold

Pros

Newly renovated… amenities. The physical isnt so much the issue as its the more detailed aspects. The neighborhood, management, pests/rodents. The physical aspects are great.

Cons

Gentrification hits flatbush in this sunny brick exposed two family building remodeled to accommodate 8 bedrooms from an original 4. The literally embodiment of cut corners.

Advice to the owners

Listen to your tenants; aside from when you want to inquire about rent. Fix issues on the first time instead of patch jobs.
