Fair building with spacious apartments

Nice amenities, really great sunlight, management company is generally responsive
Cons
close to sanitation department, not lots of things the neighborhood, gentrified cheap look of building, never gave me back laundry deposits they owed me
Outrageously loud neighbors and technical issues when paying rent.

It's located in a great area with access to several lines.
Cons
I had a neighbor who smoked inside and screamed along with music all day and night (many all nighters that continued into the next afternoon). The property manager reached out to me multiple times to threaten me with fees for missing payments and that my account being in arrears. Luckily, I kept proof of on-time and full payments for every month so I was able to dispute them. I'm currently in a dispute (again) and will get a lawyer involved this time if needed.
