Good overall with room for improvement
Pros
Good management company. Super is quick and responsive. Laundry room in basement. Pets are allowed.
Cons
Very old intercom system. Also don't think they clean the washers and dryers. Price is on the higher end compared to other apartments of similar conditions.

Satisfactory and cheap
Pros
Cheap, spacious, bedrooms on opposite sides of apartment
Cons
Mild water problems. Occasional heat issues Living room has no windows Kitchen is terrible
