Great building with great amenities
Pros
Really great building (clean, quiet, friendly, airy) and great amenities. Highly recommend!
Cons
Water pressure is really weak but otherwise, this building is perfect

The heating works great.
Cons
The building is very noisy and not clean. The apartments are not well maintained and the management company is not responsive.
Advice to the owners
Clean the building and take care of the apartments
