Honestly a great building
Pros
The building is no frills but also no negatives - relatively spacious apartments with huge bedrooms, lots of light, small building so not too many neighbors, great location on a quiet tree lined street
Cons
Could use some general weekly clean-up, some units dont have dishwasher and washer/dryer, some do
Advice to the owners
Honestly a great property owner who always replies and comes by to address things in a timely manner
