Nice building liked living here
Pros
Clean, laundry in building, friendly people, courtyard that allows outdoor access and very close to public transportation
Cons
Washer and dryers can break easily, sometimes the basement can have a smell due to the trash incinerator.

The worst landlord I’ve ever had.
Pros
It was a beautiful brownstone with a decent amount of storage next to a garden.
Cons
The owner was the worst I’ve had ever. Only would consistently put temporary solutions to serious problems. Then at the end of our least tried to raise our rent 40%.
