imagine issues being fixed

really good noise level, cute place, nice neighbors

Cons

management is a joke, mold and water damage in the apartment unit were never fixed despite multiple requests and documentation.

Nice Quiet building

Pros

Nice neighbors are to themselves and super is ver responsive

Cons

Air circulation is kindly iffy with cooking or drying clothes, there’s no windows in the living area and the living area is kinda small
