Free in building laundry Private storage in basement Roof access Monthly stairwell cleaning
Cons
Unresponsive super 1+ month to fix washer 3 weeks no heat, confusion in communication.

Not the most expensive but still way more than it’s worth.
Pros
Everyone here is around the same age and trendy. Indoor washing and drying. Unlimited access to the roof.
Cons
Bathroom is kind of an issue but nothing too bad. The rooms are quite small and the main living kitchen area are just a hallway.
Advice to the owners
Just lower the rent to be honest
