Great location but $$$

What a block to live on
Cons
Our apartment was barely updated and then they price gouged us after covid. We didn't have one closet in the entire apartment. And only one sink in the kitchen. No sink in the bathroom. No one should be paying thousands of dollars for a room that only fits a full and a dresser. Especially if there is no other space

Cheap but dirty
Pros
Building wasn’t expensive and a good location. Rooftop is great also
Cons
Building was a mess. The garbage room was disgusting and the hallway entrance always reeked of garbage. Buzzer was broken for months and the managing company is not very responsive
