Lipstick on a Pig!

Landmark property Interior garden Strong tenant association Neighbors with a lot of historical knowledge
Cons
A LOT of heat/hot water complaints from all buildings NO on-site Super for over a year Rat infestation Unresponsive management High turnover of apartments due to “lipstick on a pig”
Advice to the owners
Provide heat/hot water ALL winter Show more concern for your tenants than for getting that government money

Clean but lazy

Electronic doors that can be open with our phones
Cons
When something is broken they take forever to fix it . Management really suck and will at time give you attitude

Hire better management at the office that can respectful to all residents
