Pros

My lease is up this summer and i will be leaving my 2br in search of a 1br but sad to leave the building. Super is very kind Garbage is handled everyday Cleaned and exterminator on a monthly schedule always They just renovated the building, thought they would jack up my rent crazy but they didnt. We had a reduction for covid, now to renew they only changed it from $2500 to $2800, which is still less than we payed when we moved in. Many landlords raised the rent much higher after covid than they charged before it with no regard to what the current tenant was paying already.

Cons

Beata is the management person assigned to the building. Shes not the most pleasant to deal with but does things if the building is required to. Recently little gray roly polys have started coming out the tub drain. Never happened before so not sure if you can really say the building has a problem. Its also pretty easily remidied with a finer mesh basket

Advice to the owners

All in all i think you do a pretty good job managing the building
