Warm and friendly neighbors; apartments are spacious and nice
Cons
Trash in the hallways and in front of the building, people who do not live here often loiter and use drugs in the building, management is accessible but slow to act, superintendent is extremely sketchy and unreliable, building is infested with RATS (and mice).
