Good location, nice rooftop, good garbage management

Sometimes dirty, not the nicest/newest building, rodent problem occasionally

- beautiful location - lotta great food - great size living room - 2 bathrooms - exposed brick

- no dishwasher - no washer - no dryer - the heat cant be controlled
