Excellent landlord
Pros
Great, quiet location. Very responsive landlord with a lovely family. The rent amount seemed very fair at the time.
Cons
There was a water bug infestation when we were living there but the owner was very responsive about it so not sure if it should even be a con.

The apartment is very well renovated and the landlord is very responsive honest and pleasant.
Cons
I can't think of anything.
