First place in NYC
Pros
My apartment is newly renovated with huge doors and lots of closet space.
Cons
Manager is extremely unresponsive and moving into the unit was a total mess. Appliances caused fire safety violation and had to live for the first 2 months without a fridge. Now it’s fine, but definitely annoying.
Advice to the owners
Where’s the communication??

Don’t waste your time
Pros
The only thing I like is the location
Cons
Water leeks, problems with the heat, broken stairs, neighbors fighting and police gets called often, people smoking pot outside the building and in the hallway, the girl on the first floor screams every single night, the landlord doesn’t care

Get it fixed
