Decent Starter Apt
Pros
The location is very convenient.
Cons
Bathtub always clogged. Poor garbage management. Super takes so long to answer to request. Landlords take their time replying to emails. Ample amounts of visible water damage on floors & walls. Not a tidy building. Mailboxes are janky.
Advice to the owners
Beautify the place before raising the rent again.

Lived here for years. Wish I had nicer things to say.
Pros
Unique building. Spacious kitchen. Great location. Super for the building means well, but is often shut down by management.
Cons
Unresponsive and aggressive management. Horrible bookkeeping. Mouse infestation not addressed in years of occupancy. Consistent plumbing issues leading to black mold that went unaddressed for months.
