OK building for short term stay
Pros
responsive super intendant, no mice or rats in the building ( but there are some near the trash bins)
Cons
stairs poorly cleaned, packages stolen

Loved this building
Pros
The management company is stellar and so responsive (thank you Fenix!). I was in an updated unit with W/D. While the space was compact, it was still very homey and livable.
Cons
The bar in the basement is sometimes loud, but the owners of the bar are super responsive and will quiet music if you ask.
