Lovely Family Landlords
Pros
Even though John takes a couple days to get back to you, he is willing to help in anyway he can. He helped me install my air conditioners, and mount our TV to the wall. He will text to check in if there’s a problem before escalating any situation. I would have loved to keep him as my landlord but he did not have any one bedroom apartment.
Cons
There is some construction in the area, and the walls are thin so you can hear neighbors cough and sneeze.
