Not a bad place to live.
Pros
The people are nice. The apartment is massive. Pest control was pretty on time.
Cons
A&E are not always responsive. Super took a while to get things done. I had several issues in the apartment that continuously happened without properly getting fixed.
Advice to the owners
Answer the emails.

It's decent, but could be better
Pros
It's decent for what it is. Nice neighbors.
Cons
At the time, noise levels were too much with lots of loud music all hours of the night.
