Great building in heart of east Williamsburg
Pros
Landlord is responsive and always available. In a great location and close proximity to train. Building is well kept and clean.
Cons
Utilities rather high since they have old AC/Heater in units. Lots of units being remodeled in the building so noise levels can be loud.
