Decent apartment rental
Pros
The super is great. Location is great.
Cons
The walls, ceiling and floors are thin. Regular noises from heavy-footed neighbors dragging furniture across the floor is amplified. One neighbor has an extraordinary sound system so you feel like you live next to a club that plays bad music.
