Somewhere to sleep
Pros
Rent stabilized. The location is a couple blocks away from Kings Theatre. The landlord is very understanding of difficult times.
Cons
Response from management is the worst. The super in the building is never available. He is always high or drunk. Claims that he has no cell. Landlord doesn't care. It's the ghetto.
Advice to the owners
Better building management is severely needed.

Not well maintained
Pros
Cost is low and neighborhood is great.
Cons
Building hallways are not cleaned often enough. Not enough garbage bins outside, so bags pile up. Repairs are not well done.
