Lovely UWS spot
Pros
Great location, great sunlight in the building, large units and pretty molding
Cons
No laundry Walk up Doesn’t smell great Needs repairs to all the front doors and cabinetry in units

Heating in the winter sounds like clanging pipes all times of the day and night.
