Great Building. No real complaints
Pros
The building is very clean. The super maintains the hallways and garbage well. Laundry room is well maintained.
Cons
No pets allowed.

Rent is fair, the apartments are spacious and they are very clean
Cons
Garbage kept in the ground floor of the building. Gets smelly sometimes.
