Love the windows!
Pros
Love the openness of the space. Huge ceilings and beautiful block! Can see St. Mark’s church from the kitchen window.
Cons
It’s a walk up! And wish there was slightly bigger bathroom. But otherwise loved living here.
Advice to the owners
They take care of the property well. No advice or complaints.

Filthy, no maintenance, whole building is leaning to one’s side

Demolish it and start over.
