Good building, good apartment.
Pros
The building is clean and well managed. The landlord is friendly and responsive. The apartment itself is in good condition and clean. The G line is right across the street and there are plenty of shops and businesses in the area.
Cons
It is small but comfortable. There’s a sports bar downstairs so it does get noisy at times.
