Cons
1. I had problems with the heat in my room in the winter - it was consistently cold in January/February. Management ordered a space heater for me to use and offered nothing else. Blamed me for leaving the window open (it was closed). Didn't offer to pay a portion of my high electric bill, despite the fact that it shot up because of the space heater. 2. Things would fall off/separate/break randomly. The bathroom door handle fell off so often that we just left it off. The metal sink basin was separated from the counter, so food scraps fell into the under-sink cabinet and led to mold. My bedroom door locked randomly, which meant that my kitten was locked in my room and I couldn't get to her unless I picked the lock.
Advice to the owners
Don't put a Band-Aid on real issues regarding the health and safety of your residents and expect no complaints.
