The utilities are outrageous
Pros
The building is clean ish- and the management company does have someone take care of the trash. Balconies on each apartment are nice outdoor space.
Cons
The utilities are outrageous. We were spending $300 a month. The windows / walls are not well insulated so ac or heat just goes in and out. Even after putting plastic on the windows it did nothing. Slight roach problem but sticky traps solved that.
Advice to the owners
The management company tries but ultimately doesn’t care
