Amazing location & spacious

A lot of space for the area, units are the entire floor Landlord owns the whole building, run by a family thats really responsive and nice people Undermarket pricing Very chill neighbors
Cons
Old building, apt has old finishes and appliances Runnning AC in the summer + a hair dryer = blow a fuse (easy to reset in apt) Creaky floors Bleecker facing rooms can get lots of noise from street
