Very peaceful apt building
Pros
- Thick walls - couldn't ever really hear neighbors on the same floor - Whole foods right across the street - Cute little park right next door
Cons
- Trucks unloading at whole foods make a lot of noise in the morning - Downstairs neighbors are sometimes a bit noisy

Overall not bad but gets really hot in the summer
Pros
- Management is mostly digital so I can pay rent online - Management has responded to my maintenance requests in appropriate timing - Getting keys was easy
Cons
- Cockroach in summer - Water pressure isn’t great - My apt has an indoor draft and it leaks outside air, making the apartment unbearable in the summer
Advice to the owners
Water pressure could be better and please announce when you’re going to do water related changes. Suddenly not having water for a day was horrible
