Amazing owner, quality building
Pros
Common areas very well kept Very responsive staff High quality materials (doors, floors, appliances, etc.) Good sound insulation despite being next to the street
Cons
Limited common outdoor space (no roof access) Neighbors are not social with one another

Friendly maintenance guy, great neighbors, no drama with the landlord

Buzzer was never fixed, response times from the super could be slow
