Nice rooms, persistent issues with mice
Pros
Generally quiet, never had issues with packages getting stolen.
Cons
Consistent issues with mice, the rooms are uneven (I can't use a rolling chair in my bedroom)

Cheap rent, good location, big apartment
Cons
Horrible management, not responsive, electrical problem in building, some appliances didn’t work
