Great Place to Live
Pros
Apartments are great. Big kitchen. Newer appliances. Great doormen. Awesome community. Lobby is beautiful. Super is great.
Cons
Management is just ok. Some neighbors are rude (but that's everywhere I guess).

Paper thin walls
Pros
Very high ceilings and a pretty lobby
Cons
Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors at all times doing all (yes all) activities. Very expensive to have crying babies and baby makers audible at all hours of the day
Advice to the owners
Sound proof!
