Well maintained building. Nice doorman. Laundry in building
Cons
Management not too responsive. Access to amenities comes at an additional fee. Big marihuana smell
Some issues with pests/cleanliness, but otherwise great

Relatively nice units, relatively quiet location. Close to the waterside park. My rent was not raised a crazy amount which is also nice Shuttle that goes to Columbus Circle during commuting hours on weekdays is a wonderful perk
Cons
My unit has/had a cockroach problem. Although the building was relatively responsive in trying to fix the issue, it seems like the building might have a larger problem. A decent walk to the nearest subway station, can be slightly annoying since the shuttle only runs weekdays during commuting hours The dog poop and urine outside the building can be overwhelming. The building does power wash often, but unfortunately they can’t keep it clean at all times.
