Good but will not renew
Pros
Rooms are good size.
Cons
Property management sucks, leaks, mold, washer & dryers are really old and doesn’t work properly, stolen packages, balcony is not maintained, gym is not maintained properly
Advice to the owners
Respond to tenants when they ask to fix something.
