Unresponsive and absent owners
Pros
Great location, newly renovated with washer and dryer.
Cons
They never fixed my broken doorbell the whole 2 years I lived there. In general they are unresponsive unless it is a true emergency. It also took a lot of effort to get my security deposit back.
