Mediocre but functional
Pros
- location - wine cooler - new-ish appliances - in-unit washer and dryer - incredibly tiny space
Cons
- water takes over 5-10 min to heat up each time - heat is off for over half the day during winter - floor is old and gross
Advice to the owners
Fix the hot water and heat

Terrible place landlord treats you like a garbage and super doesn’t treat you like a human.
