Solid 1BR on UES
Pros
Location and price point are hard to beat when looking for first 1BR apartment
Cons
Very young tenants that are noisy and throw parties a lot with no repercussions

Institute a noise reduction policy

Pros
No fee and rent is relatively cheap. Staff is friendly.
