Inconsistent heat in winter, cockaroaches
Pros
Landlord would text back relatively quickly
Cons
Cockroaches in bathroom and kitchen Water coming through ceiling Rickety/old radiators that sometimes didn’t work for days on end in the winter, with inside temps of about 30 degrees some days
Advice to the owners
Please manage pest and heat problem
