Pretty okay Bushwick new build
Pros
The light in this apartment is awesome — the windows are huge! There's roof access and a backyard, but that's overgrown and no one really uses it.
Cons
It is very difficult (if not impossible) to get any repairs done. As the case with a lot of new buildings in Bushwick, the apartment itself is pretty poorly constructed (corners and sides of walls don't touch) and there's already cracks all over.

Apartment with nothing special
Pros
Not many, but the noise level is very low inside the apartment
Cons
Tenants were dirty in the staircase, obscene drawings on the stair walls.
