pay for what you get
Pros
Great a size unit and honestly the neighbors were the best part
Cons
The noise level of the corner. The pests are mainly roaches left everywhere. The moldy entrance. The cracking and expanding walls are everywhere. everything.
Advice to the owners
renovate and pay homage the the decent tenants you have had with you for years

I liked living here but it was loud. And incredibly hot. Good price though

- Lots of huge windows - Great roof - Big living room
Cons
- Extremely loud outside in the summer - Extremely hot in the summer. Hard to cool big room with so many windows

Install central air
