Building is overall okay
Pros
not too noisy and rent stabilized which is nice,
Cons
There is very little recycling and the garage back area was often a mess. Packages are nearly always stolen.

Good but has a few issues
Pros
Elevator, spacious units, laundry in building
Cons
Pest issues and the exterminator is only offered during work hours. Which doesn’t work if you are not work from home
