Pretty good!
Pros
Amazing location, tons of space, porch in the back, no pests
Cons
The heat didn't really travel upstairs to my bedroom so winters were a bit chillier than I would've liked
Advice to the owners
If you invested a bit more in the building's upkeep it would be much nicer
