we are in a 2nd floor apt - we have ZERO natrual light

Full-service Prewar in Chelsea
Pros
The building staff is wonderful, as are the apartment layouts.
Cons
Not management's fault but there is so much more siren noise outside than there used to be.

Lobby NYC to turn down the siren decibels
