Run Down mess
Pros
Location, huge space, kitchen size
Cons
Rodent Infestation, cracked/crumbling tub, floors, paint, counters. No bathroom sinks! Landlord insists on doing things himself and he is incapable! Poor wiring and water....and so on.
Advice to the owners
Get someone to overhaul the whole place and do all the upkeep for you!!
