Needs better maintenance/management

Decent space, and simple. Don’t really see a lot of your neighbors.
Cons
The maintenance has gone down significantly. Maintenance almost never respond to calls. They don’t take you seriously. But they are good to send communication when it evolves money. People treat the building horribly. Unkept and the front door to the building is broken several times a year. Yes - because people keep breaking it. No security. The cameras are purely for show. Loud slamming doors day and night. The walls are thin, so look forward to hearing your neighbors having sex, arguing, children running back and forth above you. It literally sounds like a day care in the apt above, from 7am to 12 midnight or later. And that’s the short list.
Advice to the owners
Clean up the building. Moping the hallway once every few months is not cleaning. Fix maintenance issues regularly. Add real cameras. Clean the stairwell. Clean the gym, clean the laundry room. Fix the doors. Take care of the building as I you would want someone to keep it if you were living in the building
Not the best but not the worst
Pros
The building is located in a convenient area to public transportation and stores
Cons
Noisy neighbors, Warmer weather there is always people blasting music outside because there is a little island area right across the street where people grill and blast loud music until the next morning. Bad water bug problem, there is mice as well but it’s not too bad.
Advice to the owners
Clean better and change mop heads. You can not clean with the same mop head as last month the floors are still dirty after. Clean more throughout the day at least twice morning and afternoon. Do something about your tenants blasting music at all hours of the night or day
