Rat problem never got addressed
Pros
TONS of storage space when you include the attic. Great location, close to subway stations.
Cons
Major rat problem was the reason we moved out. LL did almost nothing to address our needs. After we moved out, they immediately rented to other tenants without solving the pest issue or cleaning anything. This house needs serious renovations that the LL is not willing to do.
Advice to the owners
Pests are entering through the radiator vents. Exterminator said this issue cannot be fixed unless the vents are torn out and redone. This building needs to be renovated.
