The building has potential

The area is surrounded by amenities
Cons
A lack of response and open communication from the management company that owns the building. Things will go wrong and that’s inevitable. But waiting months for a response or even repairs is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Old building, bugs, meh
Pros
There was an elevator and laundry.
Cons
There were cockroaches. Another person in the building said they had rats but I didn’t see any.
